Group Trip Planner

Trip Planner turns the yearly "where are we going this year" group chat into an actual plan — from proposing destinations through settling up the bill afterward. Whether your crew has a decade of history together or you're planning your first annual trip, Trip Planner keeps every step in one place. DESTINATION PLANNING • Propose destinations with photos, descriptions, and suggested dates • Vote using ranked-choice voting, so the winner reflects real group consensus — not just whoever spoke up first • Mark your availability on a shared calendar to help the group land on dates that actually work for everyone DURING THE TRIP • Build a shared day-by-day agenda that everyone can see and reorder • Log expenses as they happen and split them however makes sense • See who owes what — the app does the math so nobody has to argue over a spreadsheet AFTER THE TRIP • Trips are archived into a running group history • A leaderboard tracks attendance across the years, for the groups that keep score (you know who you are) MADE FOR YOUR GROUP Trip Planner supports multiple visual themes, so your group's version of the app can feel like your group. Create a group, invite your people, and everyone stays in sync on the same trip — visible only to the people you invite. Sign in with Apple. No separate account, no password to manage, no ads.
