Crane Taps

Crane Taps offers a focused reaction-based arcade experience where players catch uniquely shaped and weighted blocks to build a towering structure. Each block falls into designated slots, and tapping the correct position keeps the tower stable. Mistakes cause the tower's stability to decrease, challenging players to stay attentive and quick. The gameplay dynamically adjusts as the tower grows, providing engaging difficulty without overwhelming complexity. The app includes multiple screens such as onboarding guides to acquaint new users with mechanics, a main menu for easy navigation, pause and game over states, and a high scores list to track progress. Settings allow customization of difficulty for a tailored experience. All progress, scores, and settings are stored locally to ensure uninterrupted play without any network requirements. The interface is designed specifically for portrait orientation on iPhones running iOS 16 or later. The app operates fully offline, with no accounts, registration, or ads. This ensures privacy and focus on gameplay alone. The simple yet meaningful mechanics encourage repeated play to improve personal bests. Overall, Crane Taps is a compact, well-structured app delivering a clear and measurable reaction challenge. It avoids complexity and unnecessary features to maintain a smooth, reliable experience for users looking for a quick arcade session with persistent local data.
