Refloom

More time creating. Less time preparing. Refloom helps artists, painters, tattoo artists and illustrators turn their own reference photos into a clear starting point for their work. From portraits to still lifes: study values, simplify colors and create useful outlines. FROM REFERENCE TO WORKING GUIDE • Break your photo into clear areas of light and shadow. • Simplify colors into readable shapes. • Create outlines for drawing, tracing and stencil preparation. • Adjust your study to explore shapes, contrast and detail. EXPLORE COLOR AND MIXING Explore paint mixes, build a palette and practise recognizing color differences with hints. Use mixing suggestions as a starting point and refine them with your own paints. PRINT AT THE SIZE YOU NEED Print your studies or outlines to size, including across multiple pages. Use the result as a drawing aid, for stencil preparation or as a reference beside your painting. FOR YOUR CREATIVE PROCESS Prepare a tattoo, study the light and shadow in a portrait or simplify the shapes of a still life. You decide the interpretation and the final result. Refloom helps make the preparation clearer. Available in English, Dutch and Spanish.
