Production takes 7–10 business days. Then shipping: US standard 5–12 business days, international standard 10–25, express 3–7 business days (+$29.99). Free standard shipping on orders over $99. • Preview vs final: our figures are full-color 3D printed — color is embedded into the material during printing, not hand-painted, so the finish can look different from traditional hand-painted figures. Screen colors and lighting may also differ slightly from the printed piece. • Sizing: standard sizes run from 4cm to 10cm at checkout. Need something bigger or a non-standard size? A raised weapon or wide wingspan can make the character shorter or narrower than the size you picked. If precise sizing matters, for example, matching an existing DnD squad, add a note at checkout, or contact [email protected] before you order. • Fragile items: rare transit damage can happen. Reply within 24–48 hours. • Delivery tracking: tracking updates can slow down once your order leaves for international transit.
