Users can visit our websites to get information and to report spam calls. The app fetches updates from our servers several times a day. How does the spam database update work? Due to the nature of iOS, the Clever Dialer app must be running either in the foreground or background for the database to be updated. The app periodically sends a notification reminding you to open it to receive an update. When you open the app, the database is updated immediately, provided your phone is connected to the internet. You can also trigger the update manually within the app at any time. Who is Clever Dialer?
