Whichever you choose, you can change it any time. Your week and day are shown exactly, never rounded up. NO STATISTICS, NO GUILT There are no risk percentages, no calorie warnings, no weight advice and no articles telling you what kind of parent to be. Reminders are optional and never contain a warning.
