Keep your injection schedule and records in one place, including GLP-1 medicines such as Mounjaro or Zepbound (tirzepatide) and Wegovy or Ozempic (semaglutide), plus weight and meals. Remember upcoming dates, look back with confidence and bring your records to your next visit. No DoseWeek account, ads or subscription. • A clearer routine: choose a repeat interval or individual dates (up to 60 within a year). Check reminders; open the app to confirm a record. • Your history, in detail: log actual injections, sites and how you feel, and track remaining supplies. Review or correct past entries. • See changes over time: explore weight and body measurements on charts, with your weekly weight change. • Meals made easier: search a partial offline food list or enter nutrition yourself. Keep favorites and see daily totals. • Bring your old records: import CSV or TSV files from another app, check each row and save only what you confirm. • Prepare for your next visit: review your recorded facts and export your history as CSV. • Body charts with pinch zoom and weekly weight change (kg or %). Weight and BMI charts can optionally show a published reference range (range and source only) or your own target. Read-only Apple Health import of weight, body fat, lean mass, waist and BMI — DoseWeek never writes to Apple Health. • Optional calendar sync: title-and-time events for upcoming injection days in the iCloud, Google or other account calendar you pick — no medication, dose, site or notes; off by default. • A doctor-visit report as PDF or CSV, covering doses, how you felt and weight. Apple Intelligence Describe a completed injection in a short sentence and let optional AI prepare a record draft. Review every item and explicitly confirm before anything is saved. For visit prep, AI helps arrange the outline and choose wording prepared for the app; DoseWeek adds your actual recorded values without giving those values to AI. It works in English, Korean and Japanese only when the device, model and language are supported. Processing stays on device, with no server transfer. Manual entry always remains available. AI does not give treatment advice. Private by default No DoseWeek account. Health records use private app storage, iOS complete file protection and no device backup. App lock with Face ID, Touch ID or device passcode. Apple speech downloads and chosen file/calendar providers may use the network. Firebase usage analytics is off until you opt in. It sends usage, identifiers, device/app data and IP-derived city to Google, never health data. Refuse or revoke in Settings and still use the app. Backup you control Backups are encrypted on device with AES-256-GCM; the recovery code stays in this device's Keychain and can be viewed or briefly copied for separate safekeeping. You export the encrypted file yourself through the system file picker — manual, never automatic cloud backup or sync — to this device or any location you have added to Files, under that location's own terms. The developer receives neither the file nor the code; without the code nobody can decrypt the backup. Record planned and actual injections, sites and how you felt. This is a diary, not medical advice: it never tells you an injection is safe and never calculates a dose. Always consult your healthcare provider before treatment decisions. DoseWeek does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations.
