The Bearded King

Rediscover “The Bearded King”, the traditional card game built around 7 different contracts, now designed for mobile. In every round, the rules change. Sometimes you must avoid taking tricks. Sometimes it is hearts, queens or the last trick that you need to stay away from. And when the Bearded King comes into play, a single card can completely change the outcome of the round. The 7 contracts: • No Tricks • No Hearts • No Queens • No Last Trick • No Bearded King • Salad • Success Each contract requires a different strategy. Watch your opponents, keep track of the cards that have already been played and choose the right moment to get rid of the most dangerous cards. Play against three computer-controlled opponents and choose your difficulty level. The higher the difficulty, the more important planning, timing and careful hand management become. “The Bearded King” belongs to the family of classic trick-taking card games, alongside games such as Hearts, King, Rıfkı and Lorum. Features: • 7 contracts with different rules • 3 difficulty levels • Play against 3 AI opponents • Local multiplayer for up to 4 players • Fast and varied games • Play without an internet connection • Automatic saving of ongoing games • Multiple avatars and card backs • Interface available in several languages A good hand helps, but it is not enough. Should you keep that card for later? Take this trick now? Get rid of a dangerous heart? Or try to trap one of your opponents? Every round forces you to adapt your strategy. Whether you already know Barbu or are discovering this traditional card game for the first time, “The Bearded King” is easy to learn but offers plenty of tactical decisions that can change the course of a game. Master all 7 contracts, adapt your play style and try to finish with the best score. The cards are dealt. Now it’s your turn.
