ResaleHQ

ResaleHQ tracks every resale from the moment you buy stock to the moment payment hits your account. Most reselling apps stop at the sale. ResaleHQ follows the full journey — from picking up a job lot at a car boot, through listing on Vinted or eBay, despatch via Royal Mail, Evri and many others, all the way to payment confirmed. Profit only counts when the money is actually in your pocket. THE FULL RESALE JOURNEY Acquired — log buy price, source, photo, and quantity the moment you pick something up. Listed — record which platform and at what price. List multiple units independently. Sold — mark as sold, log fees and shipping. Expected profit shown immediately. Despatched — assign a carrier (Royal Mail, Evri, InPost). Mark posted when it's in the bag. Payment received — profit confirmed. Dashboard updates. That's your number. DESPATCH QUEUE See everything awaiting posting, grouped by carrier. Tap Royal Mail to see your Royal Mail pile. Mark each item posted one at a time — no bulk mistakes. KNOW YOUR NUMBERS Dashboard shows confirmed profit, inventory value, monthly trends, and a platform-by-platform breakdown. No spreadsheets. No guesswork. BULK STOCK SUPPORT Bought a job lot? Add as a batch — ResaleHQ splits cost per unit automatically and tracks each one independently through its own lifecycle. COMPLETELY PRIVATE No account. No subscription. No server. All data stays on your device. Export to CSV anytime for tax returns or backups — import it back on a new phone. Works with Vinted, Depop, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Tilt, Bidzzy and more.
